SUMMER YOGA AND DRUMMING CELEBRATION

Join us for this very special transformational workshop as we delve deep into our hearts and celebrate the coming of summer with compassion, rhythm, intention and integrity.

 Workshop includes:
-1.5 hour Ecstatic yoga flow class with live music
- Pranayama (detoxifying breathe exercises)
-Journaling
-Meditation
-Chanting and Singing
- Learning traditional West African Dancing and Drumming
- Drum Jams learning traditional rhythms from around the world.


No yoga or drumming experience necessary, open to all ages.
Middle Eastern and African Drums provided
Please bring water, journal, light snack and yoga mat if you have one.
